Anyone can list a house. What sets us apart is what happens between the first coffee and the moving truck.
If your kitchen is going to hurt the sale, we'll tell you. If your dream house has structural issues, we'll flag it. We're not here to close a deal, we're here to help you make a good decision. Some agents call it losing a sale. We call it doing the job.
We handle our listing media in-house, giving every property the attention it deserves. Professional photography comes standard, with drone imagery, video walkthroughs, and social content added when they help tell the story. No stock templates. No one-size-fits-all marketing. Every listing is presented with a strategy built around the property.
We're not agents who "cover" Lethbridge and area from Calgary. We live here. Our kids go to school here. We know which street is quiet, which coulee flooded in 2022, and which builder cuts corners. Every single agent on the team is Southern Alberta based.
